Appeals Court Sends Back FCC Rule Promoting Broadband Over Power Lines

Wireless Bureau Launches Migratory Bird Review Proceeding
The FCCs Wireless Telecommunications Bureau announced May 1 that it would open a docket proceeding in response to the D.C. Circuits recent decision in American Bird Conservancy v. Mix of Industries File Comments on USF Reform
An eclectic mix of industry groups, from cable operators and wireless to traditional local exchange carriers, filed comments as of April 18 to the Federal Communications Commission about comprehensive reform of the universal service system.
